Description: The Unitarian Chapel was closed for months for repairs and alterations by architect W.J. Green of London and Bath. The north end was rebuilt, re-pewed, an apse was built on the site of the former vestry, the Trim Street entrance was removed and new side galleries were added. The interior is in Byzantine style. The minister of the Chapel, the Rev. W.J. Odgers, offered a dedicatory prayer and the Rev. William Gaskill preached.
