Description: Ann Barry (nee Street) was born in Bath to an apothecary, James Street and her brother William was later Mayor of Bath. She first married William Dancer and then Spranger Barry after Dancer's death in 1759. She married, for the third time, to a barrister, Crawford and continued acting to at least 1798. The name of the actress was originally left blank and filled in later in pen to identify Mrs. Barry.
