Description: Mowbray Green, Eighteenth Century Architecture of Bath, Volume II. Drawn and engraved by Cruikshank, published by Sherwood & Co., 1st November 1825. According to George, Catalogue of Satires, the man on horseback is Henry Bowen (1762-1837) of Bowen's Court, County Cork. He frequented Bath 'to peruse pleasure'.
