Description: A copper engraving published in Buck's Antiquities, iii, 1774, Pl. I. Below the image is the Bath Coat of Arms, a brief history and description of the baths and a key to the 21 numbered features in the print. According to Klingender in Art and the Industrial Revolution, this view represents the earliest representation of an English railway at Ralph Allen's wharf. Samuel & Nathaniel Buck (artist & engr.).
