Description: After seeing the musical drive of the L. (Nery) Battery R.H.A., he made a tour of the showground. Exiled to Fairfield House, Newbridge, Bath between 1936 and 1940, the Emperor of Ethiopia returned on October 1954 for a State Visit and received the Freedom of the City.
