Description: The lane (Middle Stoke) is just visible to the left of Hideaway Cottage down the bank from the main road. Visible behind the roof of Hideaway cottage is the ridge of another roof belonging to buildings that are now the Rose and Crown pub. See also Image Refs. 25212 and 53889. From a couple of loose pages of an early 20th century photograph album.
