Description: The pipers and dancers of the 2nd Battalion provided music and entertainment 17th to 23rd June at various locations to celebrate the city's bridges being freed from tolls.
From an official civic album commemorating the Marquess of Bath receiving the freedom of the city of Bath and freeing the toll bridges in Bath. This historic event was capped by a mayoral garden party in the time of Mayor Aubrey Bateman, 20th June 1929.
