Description: It looks like the Grand Pump Room Hotel has been demolished by the time this photograph was taken. The area cleared in the centre was intended for the site of the new Mineral Water Hospital, however post-war the Bath Technical College was built there from 1957. A great view of an area about to undergo some significant change.
