Description:

As the carved plaque on the wall states, this was built as the Twerton Sunday School in 1816 at the northern entrance to the churchyard of St Michael's and All Angels. Many of the houses around it have gone, and the churchyard itself was extended to the north - the retaining wall with the new entrance to the churchyard is on the right.

From a collection of photos with unidentified photographers.
