Description:

Built in about 1880 for Thomas Carr south of Wood House, it was the home of Thomas, then Isaac, Carr until 1934. It then became the Bath Insitution for the Blind, Deaf and Dumb for Women. It still houses a centre run by the RNID. The pyriamid roof to the tower has been removed and the house is now surrounded by other buildings.

From a collection of photos with unidentified photographers.
